Binding Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Dallas, Texas, in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act.

Class Action Waiver: You and KIN Super Supps agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@kinsupersupps.com with subject line "ARBITRATION OPT-OUT."

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Texas law.

We may terminate your access to our site at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
