Is KIN safe for my dog?
Yes. Our formulas use ingredients recognized as safe at nutritional levels, and every batch is tested for safety. As with any supplement, consult your veterinarian before starting - especially if your dog has health conditions, takes medications, or has known allergies.
Does KIN contain allergens?
No. Our formulas are free from wheat, corn, soy, dairy, and artificial preservatives. Our only inactive ingredient is flaxseed (a natural anti-caking agent). Good Stretch contains shellfish (crab)-derived glucosamine and hydrolysed collagen from bovine and avian sources. The MCT oil in Old Pals is coconut-derived. Consult your vet if your dog has specific allergies.
My dog is on medication - is KIN safe?
Both Old Pals and Good Stretch are health supplements designed to work alongside veterinary care, not replace it. Our ingredients are recognized as safe at nutritional levels. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any supplement, especially if your dog has health conditions or takes medications.
What if my picky senior won't eat KIN?
Our powder can be mixed into any food, wet, dry or fresh. Start with half the recommended serving and observe for any changes over a few days before gradually increasing to the full serving over 2 weeks. This gentle introduction helps dogs with sensitive tummies adjust. Our 90 day visible results guarantee also covers palatability. If your dog won't eat it, write to us and we’ll help you out.
Can I mix KIN with any type of food?
Yes. Both formulas work with any diet, wet food, raw, or cooked meals. For best probiotic survival, mix with room temperature or slightly warm food (not hot).
What if I forget a serving or give too much?
If you miss a day, just resume normal servings the next day - no need to double up. If you accidentally give extra, it won't hurt your dog (our ingredients are at safe nutritional levels), though you might see temporary loose stools as their system adjusts.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday ship same day. Most orders arrive within 1-7 business days via standard shipping. You'll receive tracking via email once your order ships.

How do I get a refund?
If things aren’t improving, we’ve got you. Email us at support@kinsupersupps.com within 90 days and we’ll refund your purchase. No return shipping required.
