SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 US states and territories including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday. 

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. 

Standard shipping takes 1-7 business days after your order ships. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kinsupersupps.com with your order number, and we’ll help you out. 

We offer free shipping in the US for:

  • All subscription orders (regardless of order value)
  • One-time orders over $100

For one-time orders under $100, domestic shipping is calculated at standard carrier rates. 

RETURNS

We created KIN to give dogs more good days, and we stand behind that promise.

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you don't see noticeable benefits within 90 days of receiving your order, we'll refund 100% of your purchase price — no return required.

To request a refund under our guarantee, contact us at support@kinsupersupps.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The 90-day period begins on the date you receive your order (not the purchase date).

All refunds will receive an email confirmation and are issued to your original payment method. 

We do not accept returns.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kinsupersupps.com with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice. No return necessary for damaged products.
